Ledco 60 inch Digital Laminator

The 60-inch wide Ledco Digital Laminator was the first laminator designed specifically for owners of 50-inch inkjet printers. Ideal for the large laminating market, this laminator enhances and protects output from 50-inch printers.

Not only does the Ledco Digital 60 meet the finishing needs of a large-format imaging shop, but it also accommodates a wide range of tasks, including laminating one side or two, encapsulating, and mounting with heat-activated (dry mount) or cold pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA). Additionally, it supports simultaneous mounting and laminating, as well as cold adhesive applications.

With a focus on ease of use, the Ledco Digital Laminator integrates Ledco’s innovative, glitch-proof features honed over 40 years in the laminating industry. The machine can laminate one item and then mount and laminate the next in a single pass without requiring setup changes, enhancing productivity. With a top speed of 30 feet per minute and a sustainable laminating speed of 12 feet per minute with 5-mil film, it surpasses other laminators for large-format color applications. An optional release liner takeup also allows for the application of cold laminating films, vinyls, and other PSA materials.

This model also includes a range of standard features such as variable speed, independent top and bottom heat controls, a spacious feed tray, and an advanced film cooling system.
